As an extension of your team, upon our arrival on your scene, we can assist in providing on-scene rapid sequence intubations and/or surgical cricothyrotomies, just to name a couple of items.

Help find a receiving facility for your patient

Rescue Air 1 is independently owned and operated, and has excellent relationships with many facilities in metropolitan Atlanta. We will use these relationships to assist in finding an appropriate receiving facility if one is not established.

Get your team back in service

When air transport is medically appropriate and necessary, call Rescue Air 1 and get yourself back in service. Calling Rescue Air 1 allows you to return to service more quickly and enables you to spend your city's or county's limited resources where they need to be spent, in your city or county.

Time is critical in the golden hour. Our communication specialists are trained to calculate an accurate response time so you know when to expect the transport team. And, with two helicopters in the metro-Atlanta area (Atlanta Medical Center and McCollum Field in Cobb County) to serve you 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, we will be there when you need us most.
