Ralph has been a member of the Baptist LifeFlight team for more than 15 years, and has served as the program director for most of his tenure. He has been intimately involved in the EMS industry in Georgia for over thirty years.

William Pike, CEO

William was formerly General Counsel to Georgia Baptist Health Care System, and has been a health care attorney in Georgia for the past decade. During his legal career, he has represented numerous physicians, hospitals, and health care providers.

Pam Robertson, Program Manager

Pam comes to RA1 with two decades of experience in nursing and nursing management throughout the health care industry. Pam has significant experience in emergency, surgical, transport, and critical care nursing and nursing management. She has also spent time providing expert witness testimony in health care related litigation.
